When I try to install iSpring Presenter, I get a message that I may have to reinstall Office 2010 right after I try to launch the application.

I've went into PowerPoint options and looked for disabled add-ins. iSpring isn't even listed.

I try calling the support line and I get a voicemail with no callback, I send an email via their support links and I have to wait 24-48 hours basically saying "try this". Great if that works, but it hasn't thusfar.

What do I do? I'm thinking refund if I can't get this to work.

The problem ended up being with Powerpoint install. I had to reinstall and everything is fine now.
