When I install, there is not iSpring icon on the PowerPoint ribbon and when I try to launch iSpring it refuses to launch and try to launch PowerPoint fro iSpring, it refuses telling me PowerPoint may not be installed properly and that I should launch PowerPoint manually. There is nothing wrong with PowerPoint, I use it all the time, but there is no iSpring add on indicated.

Opps! I found the solution. My problem was that I have 32 bit Office installed on my 64 bit Win 7 64 bit machine. I incorrectly assumed that I should install the 64 bit version of iSpring. That was incorrect. I uninstalled my 64 bit version of iSpring and installed the 32 bit version and all is well.
