Using iSpring Pro 7 - Powerpoint 2007

Created new blank presentation, 3 random slides with some animation in lists. Added narration (tried by recording and adding separate files).

Publish as HTML5 and upload to our Moodle site, plays without issue.

Publish as Flash and upload again, presentation loads (bar pre-loader), opens first slide, flower loading icon appears, presentation doesn't continue, stays frozen with loader icon infinitely.

Publish as both HTML5 + Flash. Same as Flash above.

Tested in IE8 and Firefox 10. Same issue in both browsers.

Help!?

Thank you for your post.

It seems that we had this problem in one of the older iSpring builds. Please open your PowerPoint and click on the "About" button on the iSpring Pro panel. What build number is indicated there? There should be 4 digits right after the version number.

Just to clean up the solution to this. We discovered our proxy was blocking sound files. Once we removed the restriction they played without issue.

Thank you for letting us know.
It's nice to hear you were able to find the cause of the issue.
I hope it works properly now.
