I use Presenter 7 and also its Quizmaker 7. All works fine, except when I publish the files, on android and mobile phone devices I get a grey band above and under the files. If I use portrait view, that is, rotate the device, then I also get a grey band on the right side and sometimes a part/band is missing from the right side of the file, that is, I cannot see the right side of the file.

I embed the presenter output in an iframe and the quizmaker output is uploaded with Grassblade to my Learndash wordpress installation (published in LMS format). I have the "fit to window" checked.

What should I do? Perhaps I should change the sizing/pixels?
Thank you.

Thank you for your explanation. It will be even more helpful if you add screenshots.

Size of the presentation can be changed in PowerPoint, Design tab.

Hello Mikhail,

Thank you for the response. I've attached an image to show you what I mean exactly. This image shows the white/grey band above and below the quizmaker file in responsive mode. The same bands occur on android tablets and mobile phones, in fact, on android, we have a band on the right hand side, too. I don't know if this is how it is supposed to be or perhaps I am not doing something right.

I would appreciate any suggestions.

Thank you.

Do you upload it to http://palaber.org/ as an LMS course or embed as an iframe there? I think that it's the way how this website opens an iSpring presentation. At the publishing step there is no setting that would do add or remove these huge empty space bars.
