Hi,

I have recently downloaded iSpring suite. First of all, this product is great we really like it. However we are having some issues running our courses with iSpring Mobile app player on iPad. When we launch our course it just comes up with error message saying "The file we launched is corrupt or some information is missing". However the same course runs perfectly fine on desktop and mobile.

Please can someone help us to get through this. We really want to test how the ipad version works.

Thanks

Dear customer,
Thank you for the post!
Actually if the course is uploaded to the system (LMS, website) that requires authorization, there could be similar issues with launching courses via iSpring Mobile App.
The point is that iSpring App can't save passwords.

Hello,

We are experiencing similar issues - but only with some and not with others - all running on our LMS. The latest files that we have published load in the ispring app without problems, but then there is a batch of files published from the 10th of feb that also get this "The file we launched is corrupt or some information is missing" error.

The files before then don't ask to launch the iSpring app and run in the browser.

Is there a way to edit the HTML so that the iSpring presentation does not show the "launch in app" button and just displays it directly? So without republishing and unchecking the "Use iSpring Mobile App"..

Dear customer,
Thank you for the message.
There is hardly a way to change HTML5 code of the converted presentation and make it open in a browser window, not in the application.
In this case the course should be published with the option "Use iSpring Mobile app" unchecked.
Thank you for understanding!
