Can anyone help?!

I'm trying to reuse a small swf created in Captivate. The swf plays fine when opened directly from explorer.

But, when embedded and published in iSPring, the swf doesn't play properly.

It stutters and never fully starts.

Has anyone experienced this?

I would be happy to help out.

The reason this is happening is most likely because the .swf object you got from Captivate is written in ActionScript 3, a format not yet supported by iSpring. However, ActionScript 3 will be supported in the upcoming release of iSpring, version 6.0, which is scheduled to be released in late August or early September.

Regardless, so we can see what the issue is, could you please send the .swf file you got from Captivate to our support email (support@ispringsolutions.com)? This way, we can test it and see if the ActionScript issue truly is the reason that the file is not working. Thanks!
