i use the ispring quizzes on my paid membership site.

is there a way to integrate these analytics into my site without changing the appearance of my site? i use wordpress.

Wordpress is a Content Management System for running blog or a website. It was not designed as LMS and that's why it doesn't have any tools for saving your results.

As Stacy said you can use Quiz sending results options.

If you meant Google analytics, it doesn't work well with Flash content.
