I have created a 3D book using the interactions and exported this. I then want to import it using the 'Inset Flash' tool on the iSpring bar.

The reason for this is the lack of ability to add headers and footers to the interactions - the user suddenly gets a different screen from the rest of the lesson.

However, despite scaling the output the import flash button always imports it at its 100% size. Can this be resized using Kinetics or within PowerPoint ?

Thank you for your post.

You can select the Flash object on a slide and re-size it manually. I just have to say we are not able to guarantee that these interactions will be 100% workable after this double conversion.
