Hello,

Some time ago, we converted a lot of powerpoint presentations to Moodle courses using iSpring Pro, but we would now like to replace the background image with one using our new logo. Is there a quicker way to do it than to change our original PPT files and reconverting?

If not, is there a way to have a clear background so that in future we could easily change the background in Moodle whenever it suited?

Thank you so much for any suggestions!

Still looking for an answer-- I believe the courses may be in HTML5?

Hi annajean,

With what you described, there is no way of updating anything inside a presentation once it has been exported. You will have to open the original PPT, make changes, re-export and then re-upload.

The only thing you can change with ease are things like links and images inside moodle. After all, they are just dynamic web-pages. So if you wanted you could make your presentations looks quite generic, and leave all the branding to the course that houses these presentations.

But the ideal scenarios would be re-brand, re-export and then re-upload. It will take time but it will be worth it!
