You can do all this with iSpring Online.
After you publish a quiz there, later on you will be able to check all the replies in your quizzes, including survey answers, representing personal data. Also it's possible to insert a pre-course survey (guestbook) right in the Online system.
See this page in manual: http://www.ispringsolutions.com/help/to ... tbook.html
There is an easy way to save a report as .csv file which could be opened in Excel and re-saved in .xlsx format if you prefer it more.

Hi,
thanks for your reply. We are a reseller of iSpring and our customer ordered iSpring suite in the meantime.

Is it also possible to do a csv export with iSpring suite?

iSpring Suite is an authoring tool which produces courses that can post relusts in LMS or send to server. In other words it has just methods of sending results. It does not collect results of several users simply because it's not the priority of a content item itself.
