is it possible that I could build in a
"Repeat what you hear" question
where the learner would speak the answer, the voice recording would then be compared to a text answer, similar to the ask google app.

I hope that is clear, in my head it is but maybe I am missing the correct terminology.

Any help appreciated

Thank you for the post!
Actually iSpring Quizmaker doesn't have this type of questions that will allow users to record the answer so that the software can recognize whether the answer is correct or not.
I will forward you request to our Product Management Team.
