I have a few clients using laser pointers on slides that I converted w/ iSpring Pro. It appears that some laser pointers are binding 'right-arrow' to advance, while others are binding 'spacebar'. Are there any solutions to letting me map all these to the powerpoint's 'Play' functionality?

Why does "Customize control keys" only let me bind one key per action? I found here http://www.ispringsolutions.com/kb/docs/presenter/5.6/playback_settings.html
that Presenter can bind three keys to an action. Is there a reason why Presenter provides that, but Pro doesn't? Thanks.

Thank you for posting here!

A remote control device can be used with ispring Pro 7.1 as well.
The settings to set that can be found in the publishing window settings:
http://www.ispringsolutions.com/docs/di ... getreemode

The thing is that this option was revised for version 7.1 since the PowerPoint-to-HTML5 was added starting from version 7.0 and this concept did not work for that.
Thank you for your understanding!
