I don't have iSpring installed currently so I can't test it myself.

Is it possible to embed external videos so they won't end up in the final exported package?

The reason I ask is that we are using Moodle and there is a file size limitation and we are uploading videos to an external server.

Thank you & kind regards

@phil.pav

Thank you for the question!

With iSpring you can embed YouTube videos.
Here you can find a useful guide on how to do it:

Hope this can be on use!

Please feel free to install trial version of iSpring Suite 8 and check it out!

Thanks for your answer!

But Youtube is not an option for us. The videos need to reside on our servers.

@phil.pav

You can also embed video from your server as a Web Object.
For example, here we have an article about embedding video from Vimeo as a web object:
http://www.ispringsolutions.com/articles/how-to-insert-vimeo-into-slide.html

But please remember that embedded web pages do not support authentication and AJAX.

Hope this information can be on use! If any questions come up, please do not hesitate to contact us via email support@ispringsolutions.com.

We would be glad to help!
