Could we use iSpring Pro to build "modules" in saas mode or with a "floating licence" ? I mean in the following context :
We need to have some of our Company's experts recording "training modules" (made of PowerPoint file + audio + image/webcam), our experts are located in different countries (Asia, Americas ,Europe). Each expert will have to record only 1 or 2 modules, so we need a tool which could work in a saas mode or with a "floating licence" to allow us to buy one licence and then to give the licence for a limited time (2 or 3 days ) to one expert based in a country where he/she will record his/her module and then "transmit the licence" to an other person to do his/her recording and so on. Licence is managed as a token to use tool with a single licence, of course at a "T time" only one PC could run the tool. Is it possible to use iSpring in such mode ?

Actually iSpring EULA doesn't have this option of product use as you described. You can have one license for one company/user which should be used by the only one person. One license could be installed on 2 computers (home and work e.g.) and cannot be used simultaneously on both of them.

Please contact our sales department via email to negotiate the custom licensing terms for your company.

Anyway, this question cannot be arranged here at our community forum but only by email.

In any case, there wouldn't be much point in each of your designated experts using a content authoring tool like iSpring Presenter to integrate the various bits you describe and do the flash conversion. That would be a highly inieffiecient way. Even apart from llicensing issues, there'd be learning curves, maintenance etc. Very rarely in elearning development are subject experts (course originators) also tool / graphic design / instructional design experts!

Far better to have the development stage centralised and your teams of distributed experts providing to that centralised location all the required PPTs, audio, videoclips etc. Hence, only one licence needed (and one instructional designer).

Thanks for your answers. I was probably unclear in our needs : our experts are based in different countries around the world. Each of them has to produce one or two times an independant module so he/she will use one or 2 times iSpring tool then no need for them to purchase one licence. The optimum for us would be to use iSpring in a saas (Sofware As A Service) mode which allows this type of use. Great feature used by some software vendors : advantages for customers and also some for the vendors.
