One of our users is having an issue with a resource that we cannot replicate, and is not being experienced by any other users.
Upon opening the resource from the iSpring Online account, the student can view the presentation for about 10 seconds, and then the screen changes to white with a blue circle containing a white exclamation mark and the resource cannot be used.

This is happening every time for the user regardless of which slide they are viewing at the time.

The user is working on a Packard Bell PC and using IE.

Any ideas?
