If anyone knows of workarounds (or actual functionality), I would be appreciative of your feedback.

The following features would be extremely useful for our operation:

- Full screen if flash if used by browser.
- Moodle support for iPad app. So users can authenticate themselves with Moodle, download presentations for viewing offline, update their progress within Moodle when next online. Our site is secure, so it requires a mandatory login.
- Cache the audio from slide-to-slide. Currently it seems to load audio on demand, for each slide. This means there is a delay in playing each slide. Could we cache the "next slide" audio so it starts seamlessly?

Great product though, really working well within our organisation. We're training thousands of people using this system.

Dave

Full screen without user confirmation is disabled by Adobe Flash Player security policy.

eLearning on mobile devices with possible disconnects is handled well by TinCan learning standard which is becoming more and more popular these days. Although SCORM is quite old it's okay for most desktop courses but doesn't work well with mobile devices. Please look forward to switching your learning solutions to support TinCan. iSpring supports this new learning standard already.

Actually, presentation keeps loading while you are viewing it continuously. Little delays in sound playback could appear if you play presentation through the Internet with low connection speed.

Thanks for your feedback Mikhail.

Full screen used to work perfectly on iSpring Suite 6?

I will look into TinCan as an alternative.

I've used Fiddler to monitor the activity. I saw that the slides pre-load. But, the mp3/ogg files were loading on demand. On a fast connection, this was taking 1-2 seconds, with partial display of the load flower.

If you do mean full screen button at the Streamline player for Flash presentations which was default in version 6, it is still available in version 7. Please go Publish and choose player: Streamline. Full screen button will be there.

Universal player is for both HTML5 and Flash and because HTML5 doesn't have the programmatic option to go fullscreen like Flash we removed it for both.

You can still go fullscreen by using browser's fullscreen option. On most Windows browsers it is F11 key on the keyboard and some weird key combinations on Mac (cmd + shift + F).
