Hello,

we have iSpring Pro 7 build 6624 and after reinstallation of the program we can't play video on other platforms such as Android. The problem seems to be in the export, because before reinstallation there were 2 video files .mp4 and .webm, now there is only .mp4.

Please let us know about a solution.

Thank you for posting here!

This can occur if the Extended audio and video compatibility option was disabled before publishing (Publish -> Advanced tab).
This option allows iSpring to create .webm and .ogg files during conversion process to run the media files on mob. devices.

Could you please re-publish the presentation with this option turned on and let me know whether this helped?
