I am testing with a medium sized ppt with lots of graphics.
Initial tests working fine.

Now when I start to use the facilities of iSpring Pro, ie: add audio recording, the convert to html5 fails.

I have emailed the conversion files to the support email address.

UPDATE:

when I *remove* the narration audio and REMOVE the slide indentation I had put in, the export works fine, therefore it is a combination of these perhaps causing the error.

Thank you for posting here and for the update.

This issue could be caused by very many different reasons: by insufficient Physical Memory (for big PowerPoint files), by other applications running, by some object in your presentation.

If you could send us an error report or a PowerPoint presentation we'd appreciate.
