Do you know of any limitations on the iPad support? For some odd reason it works on the iPad 3 for testing but for the iPad 1 it does not play at all. It loads but hitting play does nothing. Could there be something going on due to the different OS version it has from the iPad 1 to the iPad 3? Have you or others had success with the iPad 1? So far a really good upgrade and I look forward to ironing out the bugs to use across the mobile devices. Thanks for anyone's help on this.
edit: I also tried on a samsung 10.1 tablet using chrome and it also didn't load at all. Are there still things to iron out with HTML5? I am more than happy to send the test project I am using.

Hi and thank you for your post!

Please provide a link to this presentation online for troubleshooting. Also please let me know the exact version and build number of your iSpring pro. You can find it if you click the About button on iSpring panel in PowerPoint.

Thank you in advance!

I am also using the same build as the previous poster, 4059. I do however have no problem playing the HTML 5 content on the latest IOS. The problems arise for the iPad 1 before the iOS 6. You can download this section for testing on your end
http://www.safetyunlimited.com/sandbox/2013Training/RailM01S01/html5.html

if you need to take a look at the files themselves they can be downloaded from

http://www.safetyunlimited.com/sandbox/2013Training/RailM01S01.zip

I just noticed that when I tried to go to that link it loads but then just sits there. It was an exact copy from our dev location and maybe you will have better luck. Regardless, you should be able to download the zip and put it on a testing server locally.

Thank you for your reply. all sorted now. I was publishing it to the computer not on the internet. Teach me not to read the manual correctly.

Cheers

Please try it out with the new Pro 7 version which has been just released and now it's available at our website. Notify us if you see any difference.
