Once I received help to arrange this problem but can't find the said recommendation. Remember it had something to do with a flash command or something like that. Can't remember. Will anyone be kind enough to give me some pointers? Thank you.

The quiz could experience problems with sending the results to email if it is located on the local drive of your computer.
It might be caused by Flash Player restrictions which prevent interaction between a locally placed .swf file and external resources (the email server in this case). When you upload it to the Internet this problem with FlashPlayer restrictions won't occur.
You can also publish the course to HTML5 format to bypass these restrictions.
In order to make these files work from a local computer, you need to adjust the Flash Player settings on the Adobe website. Please, see the following post on our blog regarding this issue:
