I am trying to insert a sound file - .wav into my presentation. It is
actually a song; however it will not play.

I tried to follow the help menu and it suggested the following:
You want to open the Sound Options dialog box. Click the sound, and then
under Sound Tools, on the Options tab, in the Sound Options group, click the
Dialog Box Launcher .

However, it does not tell you what to do from there. Any suggestions?

iSpring supports many types of sound files and .wav is supported as well. Please add sound with iSpring "Import Sound" option. It is included into Pro/Presenter versions of our product. You can manage added sounds and other media in Presentation Explorer tool.

If you are still facing the problems with it please contact our support team and send your ppt and sound files for research.
