m_player.addEventListener(PlayerEvent.PLAYER_INIT, playerInit);
2) but this one call very late. why?
private function playerInit(e:PlayerEvent):void
{

}

Could you please describe the "Very late" term in detail?

The communication between AS3 application and AS2 Flash presentation is organized asynchronously via LocalConnection which may cause small delays between event dispatching by Flash presentation and its handling by AS3 application.

I want to say sometimes the below ‘playerInit ‘ method gets called after long delay (around 5 to 15 second) even when the ‘swf’ is loaded and has already started to play. Also, sometimes, the same ‘playerInit ‘ method gets called as soon as swf is loaded.
What is the reason for this? Is there any solution?

private function initPresentationLoader():void
{
m_presentationLoader = new PresentationLoader();
m_presentation.addChild(m_presentationLoader);
m_presentationLoader.addEventListener(PlayerEvent.PLAYER_INIT, playerInit);
loadPresentation(PRESENTATION1_URL);
}

private function playerInit(e:PlayerEvent):void
{
var player:IPlayer = m_presentationLoader.player;
m_playbackController = player.playbackController;
m_soundController = player.soundController;
m_presentationInfo = player.presentationInfo;
initEventHandlers();
updatePlayPauseButton(!m_playbackController.playing);
m_debugger.text = "loaded"+ Math.random()*100;
}

Could you please send us (support [at] ispringsolutions [dot] com) an example which would help us to reproduce the problem

We have researched this issue.
The communication between iSpring presentation (which is written in AS2) and AS3 application is performed via LocalConnection.

Communication via LocalConneciton is asynchronous and sometimes (especially when you switch between different Flash presentations very fast) is performed by Adobe Flash player with delays. Unfortunately there is no solution for this problem at the moment since these delays are issued internally by Flash player
