I was wondering if anyone here has had an issue with powerpoint shutting down when recording a video presentation.

Is there a way to configure the system to autosave work? I have lost in total 8 hours of teaching videos after the system crashes and shuts down.

My computer is brand new.

Thanks for the help

Thank you for posting here!

The thing is that iSpring add-in is using the system settings to record the video/audio.
It seems that PowerPoint can not save results of the recording and crashes.

I would suggest that you make sure that you have the most recent build of iSpring add-in installed (it should be 8627).
Also, make sure that the most recent build of PowerPoint is running as iSpring requires the newest updates.

And one more idea, repair MS Office in the Control Panel to be sure that it is working properly.
