I have developed a problem with a Power Point presentation that has been enhanced with iSpring Suite in terms of slide timings. In Power Point and iSpring settings, I've set the slide advance to "manual" and set the slide timings to "0.00" However, once I publish the presentation to our LMS (Knowledgedirect by Digitec) as a .zip file and set up the eLearning course, auto slide advance has returned after the title slide and each slide advances after 13 seconds! Well before the narration has even finished! What could be the problem?

I've also asked our Digitec IT people for assistance with this.

thanks!

Thank you for the message.
The problem can be that in iSpring--Publish--Playback and Navigation settings the option Minimum slide duration was enabled.
If this is not the case, you can send the package with the project to our Support team for testing purposes.
Please use the Export option to keep all the files together:

We'll be happy to help you!
