I use iSpring Pro and don´t know how to convert my presentation into avi odr mpg file.
Can anyone help?

iSpring Pro publishes only to swf.

PowerPoint 2010 has embedded export to video:
Click File → Save As and select Windows Media Video file type

Could you please tell, why do you want to publish your presentation to video? This file format doesn't keep any interactivity of PowerPoint presentation and is more "heavy".
