Hello,

I am using the trial version of iSpring SDK and am attempting to configure Windows 2008 & IIS7 as a test environment. I believe I have everything set up correctly, but I keep getting a "Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID" error.

Because the walk through guide is for Windows 2003, I'm having a difficult time determining if the error is mine, if the setup config even works, etc...

Have you tested the product with IIS7/2008? If so, are there any plans to create a step through guide?

Kind Regards,

John

1. Make sure iSpring SDK is installed on the server
2. Make sure your IIS is 32 bit. iSpring SDK is a 32 bit COM component which is not accessible from 64 bit applications
iSpring SDK 64 bit support is planned for version 5
