I'm using iSpring SDK Code Builder, which came in the installation of ISpring SDK 4.2, with Windows Server 2008. When I try to convert powerpoint presentation with video, the videos are not converted.
The SDK is still not fully compatible with Windows Server 2008 or do I need anything else installed to be able to convert the videos?

This issue can occur on the reason that a video is not embedded into a PowerPoint file but just linked to it, i.e. stored separately from a presentation. Youl have to have the video files stored in the same folder with PPTX files, so that iSpring SDK can access and convert them.
