Hi,

We are spec'ing out the hardware for a dedicated iSpring SDK server for integration into our production application. (Our busy app runs on Linux, so a dedicated iSpring box is a must.) After some research, an Atom 330-based server seems like a very sane, cost effective approach.

But I am wondering how much slower the performance would be with a dual-core Atom 330 relative to a 'normal' CPU, say a 2.4 GHz Core 2 dual core.

Does anyone have any anecdotal experience with this? I'm looking for something like "PPT to SWF conversions take about twice as long on my Atom 330 as my Core 2 HP laptop."

tia,

Stu
