I'm afraid, it is not possible to show only failed questions from the previous quiz attempt on the next quiz attempt.

As a workaround, you can add several attempts for questions and add negative scores for incorrect attempts, so your users can still pass the quiz, but get less points depending on how many answer attempts they take. See the screenshot attached for reference.
