If you have a lifetime license, but you haven't renewed the subscription, you need to renew it to use the latest version of the software.
Feel free to email us at customer.care@ispring.com with this question, and please mention the first 5 digits of your current license key in the email. We will take a look at your license and one of our managers will help you with the renewal.
