  • Rajveer Kaur ,

Feedback from Mike Taylor: After taking the online course, I have a few points of feedback that I'd like to share. Firstly, I think that the course navigation could be improved. Some viewers might not realize that they need to click the arrows to get started, which could result in them reaching out to your support team. Adding an on-slide "Start" button could make it more obvious and reduce the need for additional assistance. Also, enabling the built-in course player navigation would be helpful.

On a positive note, I enjoyed the story format that was used to present the information. The use of question prompts along the way was also a great learning design choice. Additionally, I appreciated that the text items were presented in a format other than the standard bullet point lists.

However, one area that could be improved is consistency in the visuals. Currently, there is a mix of different styles, which can be distracting. Some of the imagery seems more decorative than instructive, which could be another easy upgrade to make.

Finally, I found the ending to be a bit abrupt. Adding a personable message that tells the learner they have completed the course and offering additional resources or contact information for questions would be helpful.

Overall, I believe that with a few small improvements, this online course could be even more effective in helping learners achieve their goals."
