iSpring Championship - Summer 2022 Guidelines

Hey there, iSpringers!
We are pleased to announce the iSpring Championship, a contest to select the best online courses created with iSpring Suite Max. If you’re ready to show off your fantastic authoring skills, feel free to enter to win!
No matter whether you’re an experienced instructional designer or just starting out in eLearning, enter your work and see how you stack up against your peers. You can submit your work from June 16th to July 31st. The winners will be announced on September 15th.
Here are the prizes:
1st place— a 2-year iSpring Suite Max license
2nd place— a 1.5-year iSpring Suite Max license
3rd place— a 1-year iSpring Suite Max license
The work voted most popular by our Community Forum members will receive our special Audience Award— a 6 month iSpring Suite Max license!
Meet the judges of the iSpring Championship:
Kevin Siegel— A Certified Technical Trainer (CTT), Certified Master Trainer (CMT), and Certified Online Training Professional (COTP) as well as the founder and president of IconLogic, Inc, an eLearning training and development company.
Marina Arshavskiy— An award-winning instructional design and eLearning expert and founder of the eLearning consulting company, Your eLearning World.
Kate Rebbeck— An L&D Manager at the iSpring eLearning Department.
They will select the winners based on these judging criteria:
20% Creativity— a new and unique approach to presenting information (structure, animation, language, etc.)
20% Visual design— eye-catching slides
20% Consistency— courses stick to their subject matter
20% Effectiveness— courses help learners successfully acquire new knowledge and skills
20% Compliance— adheres to iSpring Championship’s terms and conditions
To participate in the iSpring Championship, you only need to take three steps:
1. Register for the iSpring Championship
2. Create an awe-inspiring online course with iSpring Suite Max. Please, note that you must add a quiz to your course with at least one drag-and-drop question.
3. Upload your work to the iSpring Championship category in our community*
- *If confidentiality concerns prevent you from sharing your entire course with the public, you can email us your work at community@ispring.com. But please note that you’ll need to show at least 5 slides of your course to the audience if the judges select you as a winner.
That’s it! Now, you can participate in the iSpring Championship, and Forum users can vote for your work.

Participation is free of charge.
By submitting your work, you confirm that you’re 18 or over. Note that Contest is void in Crimea, North Korea, Quebec, the so-called Donetsk People's Republic and Luhansk People's Republic, and all territories where prohibited by law.
You can only submit your own work. Uploading content that has been created for a client is permitted only with the client’s written consent.
You can only use free content (images and music) in course development to prevent copyright infringement.
By submitting your work, you give your consent to the placement of the content in the iSpring Community Forum. You also confirm that you have the consent to submit your work and bear full responsibility for the work’s publication.
Content formats: PDF, PPT, a link to YouTube/Vimeo/Wistia, a link to iSpring Space (or any other cloud platform) with open access.
Images can be up to 5MB in size and can be in PNG or JPG format.
The winners will be selected by eLearning experts. The first three place awards will be conferred upon the authors of the courses that have scored the most points according to the judges.
The judging criteria are: creativity, visual design, consistency, effectiveness, and compliance with the iSpring Championship terms and conditions
All courses submitted must include:
A quiz with a drag-and-drop question(s) (you may use other question types as well)
Interactions
A screencast: for example, you can record your introduction to the course or a navigation instruction (your screencast mustn’t be longer than 2 min.)
You can add the following content types if you wish:
Interactive role-plays
A voice-over
A YouTube video
A web object
A voice-over created with the text-to-speech feature
An e-book
Assets from the iSpring content library
You can submit your work up until 11:59 PM EDT, July 31, 2022. Works submitted after that time will not be accepted and will be transferred to the Show your work category.
The work voted most popular by our Community Forum members in the iSpring Championship category will receive our special Audience Award.
Only registered Forum users can vote.
Forum members can vote for the best work until 11:59 PM EDT, August 31, 2022. We will not consider votes submitted afterward.
The winners will be announced on September 15.
After September 20, all works will be transferred to the Show your work category.
The winning works will be placed above others as the best work according to the users’ opinion.
All winners will be obliged to sign an affidavit of eligibility declaring they are eligible to win the prize. All winners will be obliged to sign an agreement to show their personal data (their name, surname, and photo) on the website.
Please note that no cash alternative to the Prize will be offered. The Prize is not transferable.
All works published in the iSpring Community Forum remain the intellectual property of the submitter. iSpring Solutions Inc. can get the copyright of your work only with your written permission.
You can cancel your participation in the iSpring Championship at any time. Just delete your work from the contest category and contact Kseniya Bright, iSpring Media Manager.
Limitation of Liability. By entering, participants agree to release and not hold accountable iSpring Solutions, Inc. and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such participant’s participation in the Contest and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any Prize; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to, the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, hardware or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Contest; (iv) electronic or human error in the administration of the Contest or the processing entries. By mere participation in the Contest, each participant accepts these Terms as well as any possible decision by iSpring Solutions, Inc. related to the Contest. In case of disputes, iSpring Solutions, Inc.'s decision will be final, binding and cannot be contested. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the Contest, the outcome thereof, or the application of the Terms. iSpring Solutions, Inc. cannot be held liable for any change to the Terms, for the cancellation of the Competition in case of force majeure or for any other reason beyond iSpring Solutions, Inc. control.

Participants recognize that neither Facebook nor Instagram can be held liable for anything related to this contest.
