Tips for recreating old courses

When my predecessor's MS profile was deactivated, all the editable copies of the SCORM courses were deleted too. I can download the zip file from the LMS. Is there a way to access editable versions from the downloaded zip files? The learning standard is SCORM 1.2 and the extracted contents are: XML Document, XSD File, Chrome HTML Document, JavaScript File, JPG File, PNG File, Cascading Style Sheet Document, TrueType font file, WOFF File. Seems like everything I'd need is here except for anything I can open and edit in PowerPoint or iSpring. Thank you.

  • Hello Anna-Grace! Thank you for your question!

There is no way to have a PowerPoint file back out of an already published SCORM. You can only have the image files you can reuse and the text you can copy when you view the SCORM file in the browser if the said text can be copied.

    Hope this helps!
