elearning iSpring Suite - file size too large

I have developed an eLearning from iSpring Suite and PPT.  When I try to publish it, it says the file size is larger than 2.  But, what is the best way to reduce the size? Is there a guide? Otherwise, I make adjustments before publishing, but I don't know if it worked until up to 10 minutes later... as it takes so long to publish.  What are the guidelines so I don't have to go back and forth and waste so much time, in order to publish this elearning?

  • Hello Kathleen ,

    Thank you for your question!

Once you publish your course to iSpring Learn your SCORM file/project should be less than 2GB. If the file is more than 2GB there could be issues with convertion. We always recommend our customers to divide thier courses into some parts if they have a lot of audio/video narrations in their courses.

You can reduce the course size by following these steps:

    1. Click Publish once you course is ready and select destination
    2. Click on For standard delivery in front of Quality
    3. In the pop-up window apply a ready-made preset from the drop-down list or apply custom settings:

You can find more info on how to configure the quality level for your content:
