How to Build a Course with iSpring Suite Max in 30 minutes

Today, time is everything. As eLearning continues to evolve, organizations want instructional designers to create online courses faster, while maintaining the high quality of the final outcome. This might be quite a challenge if you’ve just started out in eLearning or use a complicated authoring tool.

iSpring Suite Max was designed to help IDs in just such cases. If you’re an eLearning newbie, this tool will help you get up and running in professional course development. And if you’re an experienced specialist, iSpring Suite Max can greatly speed up and facilitate your work.

To get an idea of what working with iSpring Suite Max is like, let’s see how you can build a course with it:

Step 1: Create slides

Create slides the same way you would in PowerPoint, but with a richer choice of layouts and great looking ready-made backgrounds tailored to corporate training and online education.

Step 2: Add interactions

If you want your learners to be more engaged in the learning process, present the information in your course using interactions. This way, learners will be able to discover pieces of knowledge by clicking on their screens and get more involved in the process. With iSpring Suite Max, you can select from 14 customizable interactions.

Step 3: Add narration

If you want to add a voice-over to your course, you don’t need to record it yourself (although you can, if needed). Just use iSpring’s Narration Editor to convert your text to a lifelike computer-generated voice-over with a few clicks. The tool supports over 50 languages, including English, Hindi, Arabian, Chinese, French, and German.

Step 4: Create a video module

Video tutorials are one of the most popular educational formats nowadays. You will probably need more than half an hour to create an entire video lecture. But you can create a short video module with a screencast, a talking-head video, or a picture-in-picture video easily within the available timeframe. iSpring Suite Max’s built-in video studio will help you record and edit video quickly and easily.

Step 5: Create a short dialogue simulation

Creating dialogue simulations in iSpring Suite Max is a lot easier than with other tools. You don’t have to code anything. Just pick up a character and a background from iSpring’s Content Library, write the replies, set branching scenarios, and voila - your role-play exercise is ready!

Step 6: Build assessments

Finally, build a knowledge check using 14 question types, from multiple-choice to hotspot and drag-and-drop questions.

That’s it! Your course is ready. Now, you can publish it to your LMS and share it with your learners.
