Allow for content to be organized in sub-Categories in a Catalog

The problem

Currently it is not possible to have sub-Categories in the Catalog.

This makes for a flat distribution/grouping of courses based only on one category.

The solution

Implementing nested Categories that allow for at least one more level of grouping courses in the Catalog.

For example, in one category we have around 20 courses and it is too many in one category. We could easily use a sub-Category to group them in 3 distinct sub-groups.

When a Learner goes to the Catalog, they see 1st level Category and then they should be able to go in the 2nd level Category if existing.
