Admin rights installation

Hi !

I work for an educationnal institution and our users don't have admin rights on computers. iSpring seems to push 2 updates per month and those updates need admin rights to install.

I wonder if there is a solution to reduce the workload of our guy by either:
- Install ispring for a user instead of a computer?
- give admin rights on a specific folder ?
- disable auto update to reduce the number of silent install package we have to do ?
- ??

Thanks !

  • Hello!
    Thank you for your question!
I am afraid that iSpring is installed to the device as regular programm, so you need to have admin rights to install it.
Concerning the question if there is a way to disable the updates, I am afraid that they pop up automatically. So users can just close the update window, and work with the previous version.
I wish I had a better answer for you! If you have any additionsl questions, please feel free to contact us!
