How to remove browser cache with Ispring?

Hi

Thanks for your good product

Everytime I release a a file with ispring an upload it in my host the browser cached and the viewer had too empty the cache. 

How I can set that browser do not cache and this problem not happen?

  • Hello! Thank you for reaching out to iSpring! The thing is that iSpring authoring tools have no feature to disable the cache. You can try setting up on hosts side opening a new version of the course instead of cached version. I hope this is helpful!

    I open html file and add version like this :

        <script src="data/browsersupport.js?version=1"></script>

    <script src="data/player.js?version=1"></script>

    But it has steel catch

  • Hello! Thank you for your question. iSpring authoring tools have no feature to disable the cache. The host you are using is a third-party service, I am afraid I am not familiar with it. 
    When you upload a course to your host and view it for the first time all the view course data will be cached. After you update the course your browser will open the cached version until you clear the cache. It works like this to reduce the Internet traffic.
