Possibility for an administrator to "Log in as a specific user"
It sometimes happens that it would be beneficial for an administrator to be able to log in as a specific user.
Some use cases are:
- ensuring that the right catalog is displayed (this is particularly useful when you have multiple catalogs for various target audiences)
- ensuring that the right permissions are granted to specific users (be it content creators, for reporting, ...)
- guiding the user on their specific profile when they might have a question about enrollments or joining an ILT
