To make the published content adjust to any screen resolution, you can enable the “Fit course to browser window” size option upon publishing. See the screenshot below for reference:
With iSpring course settings you can also enable Smartphone optimization, so your Quizzes, Interactions and Role-plays are opened in a special simplified mobile player. See the screenshot below for reference:
This optimization, however, does not apply to the generic PowerPoint slides, since those are rectangular by default and can't be resized/adjusted in the same way as quizzes.

but my power point slide will be changed to apk format. When I change it to apk and install it on android, my apk runs my slide but can't fit to screen. So the "Fit course to browser window" setting doesn't work if we change the slide to the apk format.-

The thing is, iSpring tools do not provide an option to create ready to use APK files.
Are you using a third party tool to create the APK files?

yes, I use the Website 2 Apk Builder application to change the ispring output format to apk.
