Updating existing files in iSpring Space can create public link/embed code mismatches (broken links) if the upload filename is different from the original. There should be an option to Update/Replace an existing file (similar to the Copy, Move, Delete options)... which act on a specific item/file. Currently, the Upload option applies to the entire folder and it just checks for matching filenames... prompting to replace if it finds a matching filename. However, during development & revision cycles filenames are likely to change and result in outdated/broken links in other platforms to reference these assets.
