Publishing to Ispring Space
I am having trouble when I go to publish to iSpring space, it tells me that it cannot publish the source files because the file is open in another spot. There may be another file but not one that I am actually working on. I do not know how to close that other file without deleting the one that I am actually working on.
Has anyone else had this issue?

Hi Liz!
Hope things are going well! This is Anna with iSpring Technical Support.
Usually, this issue comes up if you're using real-time synchronization (e.g. OneDrive). To avoid this, let me recommend that you try to turn off the synchronization and store your courses locally.
If the issue still comes up, please feel free to send us a message to support@ispring.com. We will be happy to help!

So I've had similar troubles with interactions and quizzes when saving in my Onedrive. Onedrive will change the name.. and sometimes then I cannot find it or it's broken

Hi Kathleen!
Such issues can happen if you use iSpring with real-time synchronization like OneDrive turned on. Please move your files and projects to a local drive and turn OneDrive off. If you are using OneDrive on daily basis, you can store your courses and work on them in a folder that is not synchronized.
You can find the instructions on how to turn off OneDrive synchronization in this article: Turn off, disable, or uninstall OneDrive.
Hope this helps!
