Hi,

I have a problem when I want to publish my presentation in scorm file for LMS with ispring pro.
I have an error message with window entitled "Power point to flash conversion issue", with the message;: "Ispring pro is unable to convert your presentation due to an unknown error....."

I don't understand where is the problem!!!
Please help me!!

Please send the original PPT presentation and screenshots of all publish settings that you use to support@ispringsolutions.com for research. Also please indicate what MS PowerPoint you use.
