No audio only in movies

Hi,

I inserted two movies into powerpoint (one mp4, one mov).
I also inserted some straight audio narration on some slides.
When I output to flash, the audio narration plays, but the audio to the movies does not play.
When I play them through powerpoint, the audio does play.
Any thoughts?

Does it happen with both video files? mp4 and mov? Please send us your PowerPoint with video at our support email for the further research.
