And it's extremely annoying. I've republished all my audio multiple times, cleaned the cache in my browsers, and still the same slide won't play.

Please specify the version of your iSpring product and the way you insert the audio to your PowerPoint presentation. Also if it is possible, please send the original presentation and the output Flash movie to support@ispringsolutions.com for the troubleshooting.
