How Can I Control the Opening Layout for the Web Player?

...I've been building online medical presentations for the past 6 years using AuthorGen's AuthorPoint product ( currently I have over 300 hour long presentations online ), and I am now trying to replicate the same experience using the iSpring Suite.

I've figured out how to build a similar presentation using the iSpring Suite 6.2, but I want to be able to force the iSpring web player to open up using the layout seen in the screengrab below...

Right now the iSpring web player opens up with the display area evenly split between the video and PowerPoint slide, which is something I never want to happen.

How can I set the iSpring web player to automatically start using the layout shown in the screengrab above?

For reference, here is the original AuthorPoint presentation I am rebuilding with the iSpring Suite 6.2.

Thank you for contacting us.

With iSpring Suite, you can choose automatic layout settings using Presentation Explorer. You can even choose different layouts for individual slides in your presentation.

In your case, it seems the layout is set to Slide+Video. The screenshot you provided shows the Full layout. If you open Presentation Explorer and set the first slide to Full, that should solve the problem, as long as the rest of the slides are set to No change.

Here is a link to the "Slide Layout" Help Doc:

To ensure that the player itself has the layout you desire, you can configure the Streamline Player by going to Publish and clicking Customize... in the Player Template section.

Here's the Help Doc section on "Customizing the Streamline Player":

I hope my answer was helpful.
Have a great weekend!
