I get "error loading content item meta" when I try to play a presentation generated with iSpring Converter using iSpring Viewer. I suppose that the problem is in my server. What types of files do I have to include in the .htacces file of my server root?

What device are you experiencing this issue with?
Could you please send us a link to this presentation on your server? This will help us a lot to find out what file types do not work as expected.
