I downloaded ispring for screencasting purposes and when I started recording, I got the bad allocation problem and immediately terminates the recording. After researching on the website, I tried all solutions offered but this has not solved my problem. My Laptop has 8GB RAM SSD and 250GB SSD HD of which 125GB is free. My Video RAM is 2GB. The Computer takes a minute to boot to my desktop working point so its relatively fast.

Are there any other suggestions on how I can be able to overcome this problem. I will greatly appreciate it. Thank you!

Thank you for your message!
So sorry to hear about this!
Please tell me what exactly you tried to record? Did you try to record some specific applications? To troubleshoot this, please try to record your Desktop.
Also, do you have more than one screen? Let me ask you do you use iSpring Free Cam?
I am sorry for bombarding you with so many questions, but the more information I have the sooner we will get it sorted.
Looking forward to your reply.

Its my first time to use ispring free cam but I am not necessarily clueless when it comes to techstaff.

I tried reducing screen resolution and it did not work. As for RAM and Hard disk space, I have already mentioned I have above whats required by the specifications.

What I am not sure is the Video RAM specifications requirement as per your application design. I have 2GB VIDEO RAM also SSD.

My problem from what I have researched on ispring community is not new. So before bothering you I tried what was suggested even trying to run a command designed to solve this problem on a Windows Vista platform even though I am using windows 10.

I am using only one screen which is my Laptop screen.

I can like others record for 2minutes 30 seconds and then it stops with the Bad allocation problem. But it does not freeze my computer as others have experienced.

Kind regards
