I have created an iSpring presentation and added narration using imported audio files. I followed instructions given on the page and youtube video shown below. After adding the audio files, I clicked save and return to course, then saved my work. When I returned to my presentation all of the narration had been erased. I did not move or alter the audio files. This has happened several times and I have not been able to determine why the audio files aren't staying in the presentation. Any advice would be appreciated.

Hello Sandra!
This is Alex with iSpring Tech Support team.

When you insert a narration audio/video, quiz, simulation or interaction into your PowerPoint presentation, iSpring creates a source folder where all iSpring files are located (in different subfolders). There you can find such folders as audio2, video2, attachments, quiz etc. This folder is created automatically in same the folder where the presentation (.pptx) is located and entitled as the original presentation.

These files can be lost if you move/rename the presentation separately from the source folder. However, you can return them into the PPT presentation if you re-set the links between the files. You can copy your source folder to the same location as your .pptx file and give it the same name. Then, after you open the file, links between presentation and it's resources will be renewed.

Please let me know if everything worked out!
