I have installed and reinstalled the updated suite, but I am receiving the same error message when I attempt to use the Screen Recording function.

The message is:
iSpring Cam Pro has stopped working.

Check online for a solution and close the program or close the program.

I have reinstalled by re-downloading, but I am still having the same issue.
